On 18th March, Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High School Division of the east campus held the unique fire safety education class meetings, aiming to strengthen students' awareness of fire safety and improve their self-defense and self-rescue ability. Specifically at the class meetings, the teachers explained in details the hazards of fire, preventive measures and the correct ways to deal with fire. On the other hand, the students actively participated in class and learned how to use fire-fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers and alarms. Overall, this activity not only enhanced students' knowledge of fire safety, but also reinforced their self-protection ability, thus laying a solid foundation for creating a safe campus.
